  I am now at least the third member of my family to have BJ help sell a home. I know I can speak for all of us that BJ made the normally stressful and worrisome process of selling a home as simple and worry-free as one can hope for when putting your home on the market. He is well-networked among realtors in the area, and knows how to properly market a home via the multitude of online and offline outlets available. Honestly I think the only part we struggled with was keeping up with all the showing requests that came in. Probably most important of all, BJ has the experience and resources to maneuver through the problems and complications that arise with just about every home sale. I can't say enough about his responsiveness, attention to detail, and professionalism as our guide to selling our home. Overall an A+, 5-star experience and realtor.

  BJ is extremely professional. He listed our place at all major sites in just couple of days. We were not located at the same city as the listing. However BJ sent us weekly updates (if not sooner) on how things were moving. We have no complaints and would recommend BJ for listing your property.
